Hi! I'm Or which means “Light” in Hebrew.

Let me tell you my story... 

I always dreamed about moving to NYC! Growing up in Israel, I had a specific path I was expected to follow. I served my country for 4.5 years in the Israeli air force, then ended as a project manager in a cyber security company.

Even though my future seemed promising, I was restless, knowing that there is something else for me to do in this world. And I became laser-focused on changing my life and pursuing my dream as a dancer and performer in the best city in the world!

Upon arriving in NYC, I have been able to make some dreams come true: performing at Road to Rio with the US Olympic Team, Radio City Music Hall for the NBC Upfronts, The Today Show and even dancing as a "Passista" in 2017 Rio Carnaval. All amazing opportunities, yet, I was not where I wanted to be, and kept looking for my true passion in life.

My life have changed when I applied to a personal training job at Equinox. I chose this opportunity because I needed a "side job" to pay for my dancing classes, but one special client made me realize what I was really meant to do. I’ve realized the power and the impact of fitness, and how it can change someone’s life. I have also discovered the real impact of strength and functional training on my body, and never felt stronger- physically and mentally.

Ever since, fitness has become my main focus and full time career. I have learned that my special skill is to show people that they can do anything, and help them stay healthy and fit while they are finding their inner Orrior!

I help men and women to find strength, self confidence and hit their fitness in a hard core, healthy & realistic approach. I Believe in the power of community, and have cultivated a team of united, devoted Orriors who uplift each other in all aspects of life. I am very lucky to do what I love, and here to bring light to your day!
